Ihre Aufgaben:

Entwicklung, Evaluation und Qualifikation von Fertigungsprozessen in elektronischen Geräten mit dem Schwerpunkt Löten von Bauteilen auf Leiterplatten Optimierung, Anpassung und Einführung von Fertigungsprozessen mit dem Schwerpunkt Verbindungstechnik Auswahl und Spezifikation geeigneter Prozessmaterialien und Prozessparameter Technologische Analyse und Behebung von Prozessproblemen Technologische Prozessunterstützung von Projekten und Qualitätssicherung Technologische Betreuung und Freigabe von externen technischen Dienstleistern

Ihre Qualifikation:

Abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium der Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau/Feinwerktechnik oder Verfahrenstechnik mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Sehr gute Kennntnisse im Löten von Bauteilen auf Leiterplatten Gute Kenntnisse im Kleben, Drahtbonden oder Spaltschweißen wünschenswert Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift) sowie Überzeugungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit Selbständiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit, hohe Motivation sowie Engagement
