What you will be doing

Build What Others Only Pitch.

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and unshakably hands-on Venture Lead / Architect to take the reins of our venture building projects.

Be the entrepreneur.

This isn’t just consulting from the sidelines. You’ll be in the thick of it — defining strategy, building teams, modeling businesses, pitching clients, and getting new ventures to market.

Drive venture strategy -

define visions, set roadmaps, and architect business models that go beyond slideware.

Lead build teams

- designers, PMs, engineers - to develop and launch digital ventures from 0 to 1.

Validate ideas with evidence

- dig into markets, test with users, iterate fast.

Run the numbers -

build financial models, assess viability, and make the business case real.

Bring everyone with you -

align stakeholders, guide clients, keep founders focused.

Think end-to-end

- from early exploration to GTM launch and scaling moves.

De-risk the unknowns -

surface blind spots and tackle compliance, ops, and org readiness.

Show the story

- communicate clearly through decks, data, dashboards, and workshops.


What we are looking for
A track record of leading ventures from strategy through launch (5-8+ years preferred).


Deep experience with business design, financial modeling, and lean experimentation.


The ability to switch between 10,000ft strategy and in-the-weeds execution.


Strong leadership and people instincts - you can rally a team and steer a room.


Commercial fluency - you understand growth, pricing, go-to-market, and investor logic.


Top-tier comms skills - visual, verbal, written. You’re crisp, clear, and persuasive.


Comfort in dynamic, ambiguous, fast-paced environments.


You’ve worked across industries or corporate innovation, and you get how enterprises tick.


Fluent in

English

German fluency is highly preferred

for upcoming projects.


Ideally based in

Europe or Asia

timezone for real-time collaboration.
