The Product Design Guild at bonial is a close-knit group of 1 lead and 3 designers working hand in hand with product managers, developers, and operational teams to create meaningful and seamless experiences for millions of users in France and Germany. As a UI/UX Designer (f/m/x), you will help shape and evolve the kaufDA app from early discovery and prototyping to polished, production-ready designs. You will focus on creating intuitive, data-informed interfaces that make complex workflows simple and engaging. Working mainly in Figma, you will also contribute to our design system and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across platforms.

Your responsibilities:

Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for the kaufDA app in Figma Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into tested, user-centered solutions Build and maintain components within our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency Support product discovery by creating prototypes and participating in user research sessions Use data and user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the product experience Ensure smooth collaboration with developers and support accurate design implementation

Requirements

Your profile:

Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally for web or app-based products, having successfully owned end-to-end design work and created intuitive, engaging user experiences Strong proficiency in Figma, including component creation and working within a design system Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate insights into intuitive solutions Experience collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment Excellent communication skills in English (level C1-C2) and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
