The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and driven

UAV Program Lead (m/f/d)

to take end-to-end ownership of our UAV product line—from production through delivery and field service. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, logistics, customer support, and supply chain to scale our systems from industrialization to field deployment.

Lead the full delivery lifecycle of the UAV product line from manufacturing through to field deployment Build and manage cross-functional teams across production, quality, logistics, field service, and customer success Oversee supply chain operations in close collaboration with key suppliers and hardware stakeholders Translate technical capabilities into scalable products by coordinating production plans, quality metrics, and yield optimization Ensure serviceability and long-term maintainability through support models, training programs, and repair strategies Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including unit cost, yield, and mean time between failures (MTBF) Maintain strict compliance with export control regulations and related documentation requirements
