Your mission

Develop and update the Flight Operations Training Materials and Activities for theoretical and practical education as required. Lead training sessions for internal team members and clients on UAS operation, safety protocols, and equipment handling. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of training, in accordance with the Wingcopter AvS manuals and the applicable requirements to Wingcopter staff and customers. Maintain training records for all flight training events and related pilots. Set the standardization for all Wingcopter Flight Training Monitor EASA Part UAS and JARUS Part FCL including new and revised AMCs and GMs for changes. Support flight operations as assigned by performing mission planning, route assessments, and support the creation and adjustment of operational documentation and manuals. Perform basic maintenance and servicing of UAS systems. Collaborate with the Flight & Ground Test team to optimize Wingcopter systems. Take responsibility for the safety of all personnel and equipment, conducting safety briefings and ensuring operational safety standards. Manage risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential hazards in operating areas.

Your profile

Current Remote Pilot Certificate (A1/A3 + A2, Part 107, or equivalent) Valid driver’s license (up to 3.5 tonnes) Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 25 kg Experience: + 2+ years in commercial UAS operations
+ Proven experience delivering training or instruction on UAS operations and safety
Technical & Operational Skills: + Proficiency in UAS maintenance and troubleshooting
+ In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and risk assessment in UAS operations
+ Willingness to travel globally
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: + Strong written and spoken English
+ Secondary language skills in German or Spanish preferred
+ Effective engagement with customers, partners, and stakeholders
