As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in steering Sovendus’ strategic agenda. You will work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to drive operational excellence, execute high-impact initiatives, and prepare the organization for continued growth to our planned exit.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Lead and manage cross-functional transformation projects
Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and executive team
Conduct in-depth analyses on key strategic topics such as product strategy, pricing models, and international expansion
Maintain oversight of all transformation programs and business cases
Support exit readiness together with our Private Equity investment team
WHAT YOU BRING

Several years of experience in strategy, transformation, or corporate development – ideally in a PE-backed environment or top-tier consulting
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Proven leadership and project management capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude
Demonstrated interest in technology and AI – e.g. through startup experience or entrepreneurial ventures

Our story began in 2008 in Germany: Oliver Stoll founded the company "Gutschein-Connection". This marked the start of successful growth that has made us the leading network for vouchers and special offers. In 2011, the company was renamed Sovendus, and today, Sovendus has 145 employees who have made this tremendous growth possible.
