The Role

This is an impactful, hands-on internship/trainee position that combines

founder support

with

business and product development in e-commerce

. You’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with our on-site production team in Berlin to turn ideas into real products fast.

What you’ll do

Support the founders in

day-to-day execution

and key projects Identify and validate

new opportunities

(products, markets, channels) through research and analysis Drive

product development

initiatives with our internal production (briefing, prototyping, testing, iterations) Gain exposure to

Amazon Advertising

, listing optimization, growth levers (depending on interest) Get insights into

Operations and scaling

(processes, quality, supply chain)

What we’re looking for

Full-time availability

(mandatory) Ideally

afterward Strong execution skills, ownership, and a “

mindset Structured thinking + strong communication

Fluent English

(company language); German is a plus, not a must

Based in Berlin

(required due to close collaboration with our production team)
