Your new position:

Short and medium term quantitative and qualitative analysis of German / European energy markets, based on fundamental data, technical analyses, and statistical methods Creation, implementation and improvement of market reports, tools and dashboards in order to provide active decision support for trading activities Active exchange with traders, preparation of short and medium-term trading strategies and recommendations, follow-up through ex-post performance analysis Analysis and support in the development and implementation of potential new business ideas and cases (cross-border, VPPs, algorithmic trading, etc)

Your profile:

A degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering or economics (diploma or master's degree) or a comparable qualification Excellent quantitative and analytical skills as well as a deep understanding of statistical models and methods Extensive programming experience (ideally in Python) and specific knowledge of Big Data technologies Ideally, several years of professional experience in the energy or financial sector with a focus on energy trading / energy markets Very good command of written and spoken English, Prior German knowledge and/or Willingness to learn German is a plus Initiative, curiosity to grasp connections and the ability to act entrepreneurially
