Tour Expert

, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional shore excursion experiences for cruise guests around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell shore excursions, meeting or exceeding sales targets Assist guests during onshore activities, ensuring smooth logistics and coordination Prepare tour materials (tickets, maps, badges) Provide language support and ensure guest satisfaction and safety Report guest feedback and activity data to the Tour Manager

Requirements:

High school diploma (Tourism, Languages, or related field; Bachelor's preferred) Experience in sales or tour operations is a plus Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) Fluency in

either German or French

is required Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) are a strong asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills Willingness to live and work onboard for the full duration of the contract Completed

STCW safety training

or readiness to complete it (approx. 10 days in your passport country)
