As a Total Rewards Manager, your primary responsibility is to serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing benchmark recommendations for various job roles within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures that align with organizational goals.
Your responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive market research to provide benchmarking insights for Total Rewards
Collaborate with People & Culture and hiring managers to align job roles with competitive compensation ranges
Develop and maintain salary structures and pay bands based on industry standards
Contribute to designing, implementing, and communicating employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness
Analyze compensation trends to recommend adjustments for talent attraction and retention
Provide expertise on compensation matters during organizational changes and support internal stakeholders' inquiries
What you bring
------------------
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Total Rewards analysis or a related People & Culture function
In-depth understanding of reward structures, market trends, and benchmarking methodologies
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Excel, HRIS, or compensation management software
Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner
Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Certification in Compensation or a related field (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus
