You’ll make an impact by

You are responsible for the global innovation process for applications of artificial intelligence. You work within a global network in cooperation with the product management, development, and company core technologies teams. In your role as an AI coach, you follow current technological and economic trends and consider the requirements of customers' and competitors' business models in the relevant market segments. You participate in selected external standardization committees and institutes, especially about regulations around AI. You work with interdisciplinary team, independently drive AI initiatives and carry out innovation projects with customers and external partners. You collaborate with external partners, vendors, and research institutions to stay ahead in AI technology and applications.

Your defining qualities

You have expert knowledge and hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and computer vision. You have many years of experience on AI engagements and projects, and act as a thought leader in AI, contributing to industry knowledge sharing through publications, speaking engagements, and community involvement. You have validated expertise in designing and optimizing ML pipelines and data architecture to ensure efficient data flow and model deployment. You have practical experience with common AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. You have a master's degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or physics. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
