Tasks



EN



Lead and manage a team of IT technicians Oversee team operations, tasks, and performance Provide IT support to customers — both remotely and on-site Act as the technical project lead for assigned clients Advise, plan, implement, and further develop IT infrastructure projects Handle system administration tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments

Sie übernehmen die Leitung und Motivation eines Teams von IT-Technikern. Sie koordinieren die Aufgaben und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe im Team. Sie unterstützen unsere Kunden im IT-Bereich – sowohl remote als auch direkt vor Ort. Als technischer Ansprechpartner begleiten Sie Projekte bei den Ihnen zugewiesenen Kunden. Sie beraten, planen, implementieren und entwickeln IT-Infrastrukturprojekte weiter. Außerdem übernehmen Sie Administrationsaufgaben in Microsoft- oder Linux-Umgebungen.

Your Profile:

Completed IT training or a comparable qualification Minimum of 3–4 years of professional experience in IT administration or infrastructure Initial leadership experience is an advantage Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications — especially client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring Excellent communication and presentation skills Solution-oriented mindset and willingness to help Enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers Independent, flexible, and reliable working style High level of commitment, responsibility, and loyalty Quick comprehension and strong identification with your role

Languages:

German: minimum C1 level English: minimum B2 level

Education:

IT-related degree or equivalent qualification (preferred but not required)

Industry Experience:

No specific industry experience required — a solid background in IT administration is essential

Sprachen:

Deutsch: mindestens C1-Niveau Englisch: mindestens B2-Niveau

Ausbildung:
