Das Gebäudemanagement der UMG ist für sämtliche (derzeit 74) Gebäude der Universitätsmedizin Göttingen mit einer Gesamtfläche von rd. 534.000 m² Bruttogrundrissfläche sowie deren rd. 4.500 technische Anlagen zuständig. Die Aufgaben umfassen die Sicherstellung des Gebäudebetriebes sowie sämtliche Planungs- und Realisierungsprozesse für Projekte im Bestand (Umbauten/ Instandhaltung/ Sanierung/ Anlagenbetreuung) und für Neubauten (von Konzeptstudien bis Ausführung).
