Sie sind unser Haustechniker und meistern vielseitige technische Herausforderungen mit Bravour Im eingespielten Team sorgen Sie dafür, dass alle gebäudetechnischen Anlagen optimal funktionieren Mit Ihrem Know-how unterstützen Sie bei Wartungen und beheben selbstständig Störungen, bevor sie zum Problem werden Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Instandsetzungen und koordinieren souverän externe Dienstleister Im Rotationssystem sind Sie Teil unseres Rufbereitschaftsteams und sorgen für technische Sicherheit rund um die Uhr

Was Sie mitbringen:

Eine fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik oder als staatlich geprüfter Techniker (Elektrotechnik/HKLS) Sie kennen die relevanten technischen Vorschriften und können diese sicher anwenden Mit Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrem Organisationstalent behalten Sie auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick Kundenorientierung ist für Sie selbstverständlich und Sie lösen Probleme mit Engagement und Weitblick Als zuverlässiger Teamplayer übernehmen Sie gerne Verantwortung Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und haben Grundkenntnisse in Englisch Der Umgang mit MS Office und CAFM-Systemen bereitet Ihnen keine Schwierigkeiten Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B
