What you´ll do

Planning and execution of lab work for the development of new products for the automotive industry, e.g. in the area of electronic materials based on thermosets like epoxies Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing in accordance with quality standards Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies Support manufacturing to ensure new products meet all quality criteria Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor or Master’s degree in chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science or related field More than 3 years of work experience in the development of adhesives, coatings, sealants or related products, ideally in the automotive or electronic industry Hands-on mentality with a strong affinity for lab work Fluent in English, German is a plus
