Technician / Operations Specialist
to help keep our apartments running smoothly.What you’ll do
Carry out minor repairs (basic electrical, assembling/fixing beds, mounting curtains/blinds, etc.) Set up apartments: adjust furniture, install essentials, and do light cleaning when needed Inspect properties and ensure everything works before move-ins Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and teammates to get jobs done Drive to properties across Berlin (and nearby areas) for on-site tasks Use simple apps/tools to log work, upload photos, and update internal systems
What you’ll bring
Proven handyman/maintenance skills Solid technical understanding and troubleshooting ability Valid
Class B
driver’s license Comfortable using mobile apps/tech for work coordination Language:German A2+
andEnglish C1+
