Technical Writer Aircraft Maintenance (relocation To Switzerland)
Job Description
This role involves relocation to Switzerland. Sponsorship and relocation assistance will be provided.
Scope:
Develop and maintain documentation of aircraft maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, AMM supplements, and ATA chapters; in accordance to airworthiness requirements, internal guidelines, and legal guidelines.
Create supplementary materials to documentation such as parts list tables and illustrations.
Analyze engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance, working alongside engineering teams.
Track revisions to documentation and maintain technical documentation libraries.
Desired Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technical writer in aviation. Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles. Experience with the following tools:
+ FrameMaker
+ Illustrator
+ IsodrawCADprocess
+ Sketchup
+ AutoCAD
+ MS Office
+ XML - advantage
+ Visual Basic - advantage
Excellent English skills - required * German language skills - advantage
