What you will doContinuous monitoring of technical systems via the building management system to ensure operational continuity Staffing the operations center (control room) and regular rounds in 24/7 shift work Receiving and processing technical fault reports from the building management system or on-site technicians Evaluation of reports (e.g., temperature deviations, pressure losses, error messages) Derivation of necessary measures and their initiation by assigning tasks to the technical departments or, outside normal working hours, to the on-call staff Recording, prioritization, and documentation of fault reports

What you will needWillingness to work shifts (24/7) Vocational training in a relevant field Several years of professional experience in a technical field, ideally experience in building management systems Basic knowledge of how ventilation, heating, and cooling systems work Knowledge of automation and measurement and control technology Confident use of modern work equipment and MS Office products Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team Good technical understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to concentrate on screen-based work Very good German skills and good English skills are an advantage

Ihre HauptaufgabenKontinuierliche Überwachung technischer Anlagen über die Gebäudeleittechnik zur Sicherstellung des Betriebsablaufs Besetzung der Betriebszentrale (Warte) sowie regelmäßige Rundgänge im 24/7-Schichtdienst Annahme und Bearbeitung von technischer Störungsmeldungen aus der Gebäudeleittechnik oder den Techniker vor Ort Bewertung von Meldungen (z. B. Temperaturabweichungen, Druckverlusten, Fehlermeldungen) Ableiten notwendiger Maßnahmen und deren Einleitung durch Auftragsvergabe an die technischen Abteilungen oder außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeiten an die Rufbereitschaften Erfassung, Priorisierung und Dokumentation von Störmeldungen

Ihr ProfilBereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Schichtdienst (24/7) Berufsausbildung in einem relevanten Bereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Gebäudeleittechnik Grundkenntnisse der Funktionsweise von Lüftungsanlagen, Heizungsanlagen und Kälteanlagen Kenntnisse im Bereich der Automation sowie Mess- und Regeltechnik Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Arbeitsmitteln und MS-Office-Produkten Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Gutes technisches Verständnis, analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit zur konzentrierten Bildschirmtätigkeit Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
