Position Responsibilities and Functions
Provide first and second-level support for customer issues and ensure timely resolution and communication.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV and IT problems.
Maintain and update support tickets for all incidents.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows (XP–10), MS Office, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized applications.
Support Apple users with basic Mac OS knowledge.
Handle installation, maintenance, and repair of computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and participate in project-based IT support.
