Tasks
:
- Technical service for customers (by phone / email) for inverters and batteries
- Tracking / Documentation in a ticket system; ordering spare parts, if necessary
- Delivering trainings to customers, attend shows and exhibitions to support customer engagement activities on-site (e.g in Germany or Austria, which requires some traveling).

Profile
:
- Previous experience in customer service or in electrotechnical area is valued
- A general understadning of electrotechnical topics (e.g voltage, current)
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness
- Very good knowledge of
German
(the language must be understood safely, even with technical topics and in some cases a strong dialect)
- Good knowledge of English (or other languages) appreciated.
- Working model: working from home (home office) with some travels to events / trainings
