Technical Service Representative (m/w/d) New Customer Acquisition - Norddeutschland

Ihre Aufgaben

Technische Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Quaifizierung potentieller Neukunden Analyse kundenspezifischer Anforderungen und Erarbeitung technischer Lösungen Technische Beratung während des gesamten Akquiseprozesses Unterstützung bei der Erstellung technischer Angebotsbestandteilen Durchführung von Produkttests, Vorführungen und technischen Präsentationen beim Kunden vor Ort Erstellung regelmäßiger Fortschrittsberichte einschliesslich Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Branchentrends Regelmäßiges Update und regelmäßiger technischer Austausch über Produkte, Wettbewerber und Performance mit Kollegen in Europa Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Händlernetzen, Flotten-, Leasing- und Versicherungsgesellschaften. Erstellen und Pflege von Kundenaktendateien und Reklamationen im CRM-Tool

Ihre Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst oder vergleichbarer Funktion Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke Fundierte Erfahrung im technischen Service und Support und/oder in einem Karosserie- und Lackierbetrieb Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Reisebereitschaft Sicher im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS Office Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
