Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Economics, or a related technical field
Basic knowledge of electrical insulation materials; advanced experience highly beneficial
Strong interest in technical sales and customer relationship management
Competency in CRM, SAP, and MS Office
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills in German and English
Proven ability to initiate, establish, and nurture business relationships in a complex environment
Customer-oriented approach with a strong sense of responsibility
Consultative sales and business development mindset
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with long sales cycles
Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 50%)
Drive sales activities, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction
Acquire new projects and customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts
Negotiate prices and conclude frame and supply agreements
Define and implement sales strategies for European customers
Follow up on all customer requests, including quotations, claims, audits, quality inquiries, and delivery times
Provide technical support and consulting to customers, including internal and external training sessions
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, and production sites to translate customer needs into new projects
Support sampling, validation, and qualification of new products and systems
Work closely with Customer Service, Key Account Management, and other internal stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Manage customer projects in coordination with internal teams
