What you'll do
Creation and prioritization of epics and user stories for the continuous development of our messaging products (cloud fax, enterprise SMS)
Responsibility for the product backlog: evaluation of requirements, maintenance, and prioritization in close coordination with the development teams and product management
Assuming the role of product owner in agile Scrum teams and actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and technical coordination rounds
Working closely with implementation, operations, technical consultants, support, and service teams to ensure smooth product launch and support
Supporting product management in the development and implementation of the strategic roadmap for our messaging services
Capturing market needs, customer needs, and customer experience through analysis, surveys, and interviews, among other means
Ensuring clear, user-friendly product descriptions and assisting in the creation of technical documentation
Improving product expertise within the product management team by enabling other technical units to better understand the product

What you'll need
Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a role as product owner, (technical) product manager, or technical consultant
Initial relevant professional experience in a related product area preferred, e.g., messaging, email, supply chain, or intelligent document processing
Professional expertise in the enterprise environment preferred
IT affinity with strong analytical skills
Experience with agile methods, sprint planning, and backlog management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English, German preferred
