How You’ll Make an Impact
You lead a global development team which creates new and improves existing products belonging to the portfolio category of gas insulated switchgear
You ensure that the team has the capabilities to continue to deliver world class products
You drive change and create enthusiasm within your team to go for it
You consider fruitful cooperation with peers for yourself and every team member as perfect lever to be successful
You design appropriate measures to facilitate our growth while keeping knowledge level and efficiency constantly high
You promote agile working mode as a suitable measure to adopt to rapidly evolving market needs and to further improve the business impact and efficiency of your team

What You Bring
Experience in leading international teams
Proven record of a successfully executed change process
University degree in engineering science
Curiosity and ability to learn especially processes and technical context of the relevant portfolio

Fluent in German and English
