WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Operational coordination of the technical team to ensure high-performance and customer-oriented service provision
With your commitment, you will actively support incident, problem, change and release management and ensure that all agreed service level agreements (SLAs) are reliably met
Analysis of service metrics to identify optimization potential in service quality, automation and efficiency
Communicating with customers in collaboration with Service Management
Efficient use of various ITSM tools

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
Completed training as an IT manager for SIAM or comparable professional experience
At least 5 years experience in IT service management or IT operations management
At least 2 years in a coordinating or leading role in an international service environment
Very good technical understanding in the areas of infrastructure, cloud, networks and IT security
Sound knowledge of ITIL and mastery of ITSM processes
A good feel for people, processes and priorities
Very good knowledge of German and English

Certifications in network technologies from Cisco, Fortinet or similar
Knowledge of project management methods such as PRINCE2, Scrum or Kanban
