Your TasksYou manage and organize the activities by preparing, drumbeating, communicating internally and externally with customers and third parties You create & deliver customer KPI reports on regular basis You adapt the distribution of work to technical coordinator teams You ensure work order preparation according to quality techn. requirements You measure and analyse KPIs for the team: SQCDPTE, OTD/OQD You respect customer targets (Lead time, end of work, milestones) You secure profitability targets given by Project Management You define and implement improvement actions You participate in recruiting employees and be their focal point upon start You ensure the development of team members and their evaluation for yearly interviews

Your QualificationMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the aviation industry in technical support Prior experience with Outstanding Works or Maintenance (Part-145) is appreciated Strong oral and written communication skills in English, French and German are a plus Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Customer-oriented Effective problem identification and -solution Proven analytical and organizational ability
