We are looking for a

Technical Content Writer

fluent in English to help create compelling, informative, and engaging content for our B2B audience. Your work will play a vital role in articulating the value of our technically complex product to diverse audiences while upholding our mission and values.

Responsibilities

Understand and document technical specifications of our software products and technology. Research, write, and edit high-quality technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, landing pages, product explainers, and case studies. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and PR to turn technical info into engaging content, including sales materials and social media formats for LinkedIn, X, Mastodon, and other platforms. Monitor and analyse organic social media performance to refine content strategy and increase reach and engagement. Apply SEO best practices keyword research, metadata, and content optimization to improve organic visibility and performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer, Copywriter, Product Marketing or in a similar role in a relevant field, such as software development, engineering, or IT operations. Degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science or Engineering or in a similar field. Ability to understand complex information and to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization, keyword research, and content performance metrics. Technical writing skills in English essential, other languages like German, French or Spanish are beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Understanding of open source technologies and / or experience in the software industry is a plus.
