Job Description

As Technical Business Partner (f/m/d), you will act as the strategic link between business and technology for Contract Logistics in our Center of Excellence (CoE) Technology. You will be responsible for managing IT demand, shaping strategy, driving service delivery, and ensuring the successful execution of digital initiatives across the region. This role is customer-facing, highly collaborative, and pivotal in enabling DP World’s digital transformation journey.


This Role is being recruited within Germany, Portugal or Romania.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:


Lead IT service delivery for the region and act as senior point of escalation, including executive-level support. Drive application modernization and standardization in alignment with business roadmaps. Ensure business alignment with Group Technology strategy, standards, and vendor portfolios. Support customer operations by leading IT input into sales submissions, tenders, and successful project launches. Collaborate with global and regional shared services to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant IT solutions. Manage budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and resource planning for IT within the Contract Logistics region. Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience in IT business partnering, service delivery, or digital transformation roles. Strong background in IT strategy, governance, and financial management. Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels. Experience leading teams in a matrix organization and managing budgets.
