Support the sales team with technical customer inquiries across the entire HARTING portfolio as second and third level support, including design-in support
Identify customer-specific solutions and hand them over to the relevant department
Maintain and provide a knowledge database for technical support to increase efficiency
Support and participate in HARTING sales events with customers
Coordinate technical complaints internally and externally in collaboration with adjacent departments
Conduct regional competitor analysis
Support change and discontinuation processes
Organize and conduct internal technical training sessions

Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification, preferably in an electrical engineering profession
Excellent consulting skills for technical support
Experience in supporting design-ins
Good knowledge of customers, markets, and competitors
Confident use of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High level of initiative, flexibility, and organizational strength
Fluent in German and proficient in English
