About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking

Technical Lead – Full stack Engineering

to drive the architecture, build, and delivery of modern, high-performance web applications for our European clientele.
This critical leadership role is hands-on and strategic, focused on web technologies, e-commerce platforms, and architecting reliable, scalable digital products in a distributed,

nearshore/offshore team.

What You’ll Be Trusted With:

End-to-End Engineering Ownership

Architect, build, and deliver robust web applications, especially with JavaScript, React, and Next.js (App Router). Lead the transition to headless, API-driven e-commerce ecosystems. Champion best practices: security, performance, quality code, and maintainability. Accelerate delivery by eliminating friction in a hybrid nearshore/offshore setup

Leadership That Shapes, Not Just Manages

Guide, mentor, and upskill a focused frontend/dev team — develop future leaders, not just followers. Instill pride of craft, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning and code reviews. Bridge distributed teams and align efforts across locations and time zones.

Build the Platforms Others Depend On

Oversee integration with analytics, experimentation, personalization, and e-commerce middleware. Manage the data layer, advanced event tracking (GTM, Optimizely, etc.), and documentation. Pair closely with Product, QA, Designers, DevOps, and stakeholders to turn ideas into outcomes.

Product Impact & Outcome Orientation

Ensure every release is user-centric, clean, and impactful — not just “done”. Advocate for simple brilliance: elegant, user-friendly solutions that drive business value. Contribute to sprint ceremonies, maintain clarity in documentation, and drive innovation.

What You Bring:

Craft & Capability

5+ years building

frontend applications, with recent experience in lead or senior roles. Deep skills in

JavaScript, React, Next.js (especially App Router)

Demonstrated success with

headless e-commerce platforms

and web API integrations. Hands-on with analytics, tracking/experimentation (GTM, Optimizely), security, and performance tuning. Experience with

Git, Jira, and remote Agile workflows2.

Leadership by Design

Nearshore Eastern Europe preferred. Open to Onsite / hybrid arrangements.

Start Date:

Immediate/fast-track onboarding preferred to meet project urgency.
