Oversees day-to-day operations to manufacture products to the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory standards.

Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations Monitoring daily production processes and chairing Tier 2 meetings (SQDCP) Leading, training, and developing the assembly team Ensuring quality standards and supporting quality control Implementing continuous improvements (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TEOA) Recording and reporting relevant production key performance indicators (KPIs) Coordinating resources and interfaces (technology, logistics, maintenance) Active problem solving and conflict management Deputizing for the assembly manager and taking responsibility for the area during new product launches

What your background should look like

Technical/craft vocational training with further training as a master craftsman or equivalent At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment Proven leadership experience Knowledge and experience in dealing with quality norms and standards Confident manner and good communication skills across various levels and stakeholders Good knowledge of German and English
