What you´ll do

What makes you a good fit

Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (oder höher) in Maschinenbau, Verfahrens- oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle idealerweise in einem Lean-orientierten Produktionsumfeld Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden und Erfahrung mit Produktionssystemen Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Produktionskennzahlen, Shopfloor-Management und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Lösen von Problemen und Vorantreiben von Innovationen Kompetenter Umgang mit Daten und Statistiktools zur Prozessverbesserung Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere im Umgang mit interdisziplinären Teams und Schnittstellen Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch ... ...
