Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. ab sofort einen Teamleiter in der mechanischen Instandhaltung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Motivation des Teams Gesamtverantwortung für die mechanische Instandhaltung, inkl.: + Reaktive Instandsetzung bei Störungen
+ Vorbeugende Instandhaltung (Schwachstellenanalyse, Planung und Umsetzung)
+ Ersatzteil- und Lieferantenmanagement
+ Projektmanagement
Systematische Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern und Instandhaltungsprozessen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Instandhaltungszielen und Budgets Personaleinsatzplanung (inkl. Bereitschaft an Wochenenden/Feiertagen) Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. KVP, 5S, IATF und QM-Handbuch) Förderung innovativer Instandhaltungsmethoden und Technologien (z. B. digitale Prozesse, zustandsorientierte oder prädiktive Ansätze)

Required Skills and Education

Das bringen Sie mit:

Fachlich

Abgeschlossene mechanische und/oder betriebswirtschaftlich-technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis Sehr gute administrative und analytische Fähigkeiten Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen

Persönlich

Sicheres Auftreten und zielgerichtete Kommunikation Organisationstalent mit hoher Eigenverantwortung Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
