Als Teamleiter Instandhaltung an unserem Produktionsstandort Haan übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch und elektrisch) und sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Koordination sämtlicher Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen an Maschinen, Anlagen und der technischen Infrastruktur.
Ihre Aufgaben:Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Instandhaltungsteams (mechanisch und elektrisch) Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen Sicherstellung der Betriebs- und Anlagenverfügbarkeit Analyse von Störungen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Verantwortung für Ersatzteilmanagement sowie Budget- und Wartungsplanung Erstellung und Pflege von Schicht- und Personaleinsatzplänen

Ihre Qualifikation:Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung, vorzugsweise mit Führungsverantwortung Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wartung, Fehlerdiagnose, Ersatzteilmanagement und Instandhaltungssoftware (z. B. eMaint) Organisationstalent, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Qualitätssicherung und gesetzlichen Vorschriften Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
