What to Expect

As a Teamlead Outbound Logistics, you are responsible for the efficient and coordinated movement of vehicles after they leave production. You ensure that all logistics processes run smoothly and that vehicles reach their destination safely and on time.

What You'll Do

Oversee the movement of vehicles from the production line to storage or shipping preparation. Lead and assign tasks to the outbound logistics team, train new employees, and ensure compliance with safety regulations Inspect vehicles for any transport damage and ensure all necessary documentation and checks are completed Act as the liaison between End of Line, Quality and Dispatching departments to ensure smooth vehicle handover Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waiting times Prepare reports and documentation regarding logistics processes and performance metrics Identify and resolve issues promptly. Escalate significant problems to management as necessary Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, commitment, and adherence to company policies and procedures

What You'll Bring

Experience in logistics, preferably in outbound logistics Proven experience in leading and motivating teams Solid understanding of logistics, vehicle movement and storage, as well as knowledge of logistics tools Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work in three shifts Valid Class B driver’s license, additional classes are advantageous Strong quality awareness Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities Solid skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
