As the

Operations Team Lead UK

, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our UK operations. You’ll manage a team of dedicated customer advocates who support English-speaking customers, including those outside of the UK market.
This dual role allows you to lead and inspire your team while staying connected to day-to-day operations, resolving cases, and acting as a role model in customer service excellence.

Team Leadership:

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. Provide clear direction, coaching, and regular feedback to foster professional growth Ensure team members are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with company processes Act as a bridge between Operations and other departments (e.g., Legal, Marketing) Drive a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning

Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction Personally handle complex cases and escalations, setting a strong example for your team Collaborate closely with Legal Counsel UK and partner advocates to optimize workflows Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement enhancements

Performance Management:

Define clear performance goals in alignment with company objectives Monitor KPIs, track team results, and ensure accountability Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Your profile



Proven experience in

team leadership

within operations, customer service, or a related field,

specifically in the UK market

A deep understanding of the

UK customer landscape, culture, and expectations

, enabling you to guide the team effectively Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle escalations with confidence Excellent communication skills in English (German or another European language is a plus) A

hands-on leader

who thrives in both managing and contributing directly to daily tasks Experience in

setting performance goals

and driving teams toward measurable results Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
