Team Leader Crack Testing PT/MT (m/f/d)


We are looking for a new colleague (m/f/d) on a permanent basis to join our motivated and highly skilled team in the area of quality assurance.



The tasks include



Technical management of the team for non-destructive crack testing using dye penetrant testing (PT) and magnetic particle testing (MT) Organization, coordination, and monitoring of inspection orders in the area of PT and MT Responsibility for the quality and timely completion of inspection orders Monitoring the availability and suitability of testing equipment and organizing maintenance and calibration for non-destructive testing Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and customer requirements (e.g., DIN EN 4179/NAS 410, DIN EN ISO 9712, DIN EN ISO 3452, DIN EN ISO 9934) Interpretation and evaluation with regard to acceptance and rejection based on the acceptance specification and test instructions Independent execution of work, documentation of results Operation, testing, and simple maintenance of technical systems and devices Contact person for customers, external auditors, and internal specialist departments for technical questions regarding crack testing Creation and maintenance of work and test instructions Continuous improvement of test processes (CIP)
Technical requirements



Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession PT/MT Level II (DIN EN ISO 9712) or PT/MT Level II (DIN EN 4179) qualification MS Office skills required Confident use of written and spoken German English skills desirable
