What this position is about:

Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Product Lifecycle Management team Designing and implementing future-oriented PLM processes as a core of our digitalization strategy Analysis, design, and optimization of IT system interfaces Advising internal customers on efficient business processes including documentation and revision Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities Implementing new or modified processes and software solutions Managing organizational projects, including international initiatives, with agile methodologies and project controlling Coordinating and administering an IT system as System Manager Continuous improvement of system-supported processes within defined release cycles Designing, facilitating, documenting, and following up on workshops Benchmarking and evaluating software suppliers

What is required for this role:

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study Strong understanding of business processes Ability to quickly familiarize with new processes and topics Analytical thinking combined with a strong solution-oriented approach Strong inpersononal skills with confidence and decisiveness in professional interactions Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels Team player with a strong customer focus Proficient in MS Office applications Excellent English skills (at least C1 level)
