Leading AY Outlet in a dual leadership with tech lead: responsible for the outcome & quality of web & app. Direct leadership for Senior PM & UX designer and indirect leadership for 2 developers & 1 QA. Besides PM, also managerial tasks are part of the job: Cost planning, controlling & optimisation, responsibility for IT CAPEX.


Scope is very broad as it covers all technical aspects of our online shop: from launching new countries or features to back end related changes like the introduction of return fees. Communication & Coordination of other teams is important.

What you will do

Drive quarterly roadmap planning, aligning product vision with key lighthouse features Oversee the execution of the roadmap together with a Senior Product Manager and, Business Development Managers Monitor product releases and analyse KPIs to track performance and impact Lead and participate in daily team stand-ups to ensure alignment and progress Manage project-specific check-ins (e.g., international country launches) Regularly review dashboards and performance data to identify trends and opportunities Ensure quality by reporting and tracking bugs in close collaboration with QA and development teams Prepare and refine requirements for larger projects, ensuring clarity and feasibility Review and provide constructive feedback on Jira tickets to maintain high standards of delivery

Who you are

7–10 years of experience in product management of tech products, ideally within the e-commerce industry Proven expertise in roadmap ownership – from quarterly planning and prioritisation to execution and iteration Proven track record in applying agile methodologies and collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and QA managers Solid understanding of Google Firebase and/or Google Analytics Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication Ability to quickly grasp complex situations and translate them into clear, actionable solutions with minimal complexity Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and customer-centric, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset Experience in data-driven decision making, e.g., analysing cohorts and running A/B tests
