What you can look forward to:

Building, leading, developing, and motivating a high-performing team Ensuring customer-focused order processing from order entry through invoicing, including after-sales service Developing and implementing strategies to maintain and further enhance efficient processes and communication channels in order management Ensuring compliance with internal and external deadlines within the business process (e.g. delivery windows, license and seasonal settlements, etc.) Promoting cross-crop knowledge exchange within Customer Order Management

Bring in your strengths:

Completed degree in business administration, agricultural sciences, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain management, ideally within the agricultural industry In-depth knowledge of customer requirements as well as relevant systems and processes Initial leadership experience through team management is an advantage Strong operational, commercial, and strategic thinking combined with analytical skills Willingness to drive change as well as a results- and customer-oriented working style Excellent organizational and communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness Professional proficiency German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken Willingness to travel within Germany (up to approx. 20%)
