In der Rolle als Team Lead Marketing (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Marketing- und Growthbereich und überblickst unter anderem die Themen: Brand Management, CRM & Community Support, SEO & Websites, Performance Marketing (Agentursteuerung), Business Development sowie Social Media & Content. Du setzt Prioritäten, orchestrierst das Zusammenspiel der Teams und arbeitest dort operativ mit, wo es die Wirkung maximiert.

In this role, you hold end-to-end responsibility for our Marketing & Growth function and oversee Brand Management, CRM & Community Support, SEO & Websites, Performance Marketing (agency management), Business Development, and Social Media & Content. You set priorities, orchestrate the interplay of teams, and get hands-on where it has the greatest impact.

Führen & Entwickeln der Marketingteams (fachlich & disziplinarisch); Ressourcen-/Kapazitätsplanung, Recruiting & Onboarding. Strategie, Budget, KPIs end-to-end: Roadmap, Zielsystem (OKR), Daten-/Reporting-Struktur und A/B-Test-Kultur. Brand Management: Markenpositionierung, Narrative, CI/CD; kanalübergreifende Kampagnen & Creative-QA. CRM & Community Support: Journeys/Flows (Onboarding, Activation, Retention, Win-back), Segmentierung/Personalisierung; CSAT/NPS & Time-to-Resolve im Blick. SEO & Websites: Landingpages/Content-Hubs, Conversion-Optimierung, Web-Analytics & CMS-Governance. Performance (Agentursteuerung): Budgetallokation, Testing-Roadmap, Attributions-/Trichter-Analysen (CAC, ROAS/MER, LTV). Social & Content: Redaktionsplan, Creator-Koops; operative Unterstützung bei Schlüsselkampagnen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



Lead & develop the marketing teams (disciplinary & functional); resource/capacity planning, recruiting & onboarding. Strategy, budget, KPIs end-to-end: roadmap, OKR system, data/reporting setup, and A/B-testing culture. Brand Management: positioning, narrative, CI/CD; cross-channel campaigns & creative QA. CRM & Community Support: journeys/flows (onboarding, activation, retention, win-back), segmentation/personalization; keep CSAT/NPS and time-to-resolve in view. SEO & Websites: landing pages/content hubs, conversion optimization, web analytics & CMS governance. Performance (agency management): budget allocation, testing roadmap, funnel/attribution analyses (CAC, ROAS/MER, LTV). Social & Content: editorial planning, creator partnerships; hands-on support for key campaigns.

Qualifikation



DEIN PROFIL



3 - 5+ Jahre im digitalen Marketing, davon 2+ Jahre in Führungsverantwortung. Erfolge in Brand sowie CRM/Lifecycle (Segmentierung, Personalisierung, Customer Journeys). Sicher in Agentursteuerung (Paid) und im Zusammenspiel SEO ? Web; KPI-Denkweiße & Experimentieren (A/B). Erfahrung in der Teamführung eines Marketingteams oder fachliche Leitung Erfahrung im Aufbau von Teamstrukturen und Prozessen Du verstehst Führung nicht nur als Steuerung, sondern als Vorbildfunktion: Du lebst unsere Core Values aktiv vor und stärkst sie in deinem Team – im Umgang miteinander, in Entscheidungen und in deiner Kommunikation Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denken Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Freude daran, andere weiterzuentwickeln Ein starker Fokus auf zahlengetriebene Arbeit – du lebst und atmest KPIs Sprachkenntnisse: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus Und idealerweise: Du hast schon mal ein Videospiel gespielt – weil du gerne zockst

YOUR PROFILE



3–5+ years in digital marketing, incl. 2+ years of leadership responsibility. Proven success in Brand and CRM/Lifecycle (segmentation, personalization, customer journeys). Confident in agency management (paid) and the SEO ? Web interplay; KPI-driven mindset & A/B testing. Experience in leading a marketing team or functional leadership Experience in building team structures and processes. You see leadership as role-model behavior: you live our Core Values and strengthen them in your team—through collaboration, decisions, and communication. Strong problem-solving skills, structured working style, analytical thinking. Excellent communication, empathy, and enthusiasm for developing others. A strong focus on data-driven work — you live and breathe KPIs. Languages: fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus. Ideally, you’ve played a video game—because you love gaming.
