Your tasks




Do you love influencer marketing, think strategically, and want to help grow KoRo’s brand awareness across Europe? We’re looking for a passionate individual to lead our international influencer marketing efforts within the

Advertising team

as part of a

parental leave cover

. In this role you'll lead the team and drive performance performance-orientated campaigns to success. Your responsibilities include:

Strategic leadership and development of the

international influencer marketing function

within the

Paid Marketing team.

Planning and executing long-term,

performance-driven international influencer strategies

to increase KoRo's revenue goals at high efficiency. Identifying, selecting, and developing creative collaboration opportunities with relevant international influencers while

achieving defined performance goals (KPIs).

Maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with influencers to ensure sustainable and impactful partnerships. Further developing and optimizing the influencer CRM system to improve processes, tracking, and campaign performance. Managing budgets and

ensuring efficient, ROI-focused allocation

of financial resources.

Analyzing and reporting

on the performance and impact of influencer marketing initiatives.

Collaborating closely

with CRM, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing into the overall marketing strategy.

Your profile



Ideally, you can start as soon as possible. This position is a

parental leave cover

and therefore limited to approximately

13 - 15 months

, depending on the actual start date. Several years of experience in

influencer marketing with a performance focus

or in social media management, ideally with

initial leadership experience.

A degree in media management, marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification. You live in

Berlin

or nearby or you’re excited to relocate for this role. You speak

fluent English (C1 level).

Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). You are well-versed in the social media landscape,

understand performance goals

, think strategically, and communicate clearly. You love challenges, take ownership, handle pressure well, and inspire others with your hands-on mentality.
