Your contribution

• You are responsible for the correct and punctual execution of payroll accounting at our external service provider and drive the collaboration organizationally and technically
• You ensure that the link to our in-house systems (SAP SF, Atoss, SAP Fi/Co) is working smoothly and optimize the underlying processes
• You lead our decentralized payroll team professionally and disciplinary
• You are the go-to person for managers and Controlling in payroll-related matters and coordinate special cases
• You accompany audits by social security agencies and the tax office and implement legal and tariff changes
• You prepare HR reports in close coordination with Financial Accounting and Controlling.

Your strengths

• Successfully completed degree in human resources management or vocational degree with relevant further training
• Several years of professional experience and profound knowledge in payroll accounting and time management of manufacturing companies mandatory
• Sound SAP-SF knowledge and understanding of IT systems and interfaces
• Proven experience in process design, optimization and digitalization
• Good knowledge of social security and tax law as well as data protection
• Min. 2 years of experience in leading a decentralized team
• Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate with internal customers at different hierarchical levels
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Business fluent in German, good command of English
