Teamleiter/in für unsere Gruppenabteilung in Düsseldorf.

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Teamleiter/in der Gruppenabteilung übernehmen Sie:

Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams, inklusive Anleitung, Training und Unterstützung Steuerung des gesamten Lebenszyklus von Gruppenbuchungen – von der Anfrage bis zur Abwicklung Anleitung bei Kalkulation und Erstellung von Gruppenangeboten, Sicherstellung von Genauigkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Gruppenkontingenten zur Optimierung von Auslastung und Umsatz Überwachung der Erstellung und fristgerechten Lieferung von Passagierlisten und relevanten Unterlagen Optimierung interner Prozesse zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Partnerzufriedenheit Monitoring von KPIs und Leistungskennzahlen zur Sicherstellung der Abteilungsziele Förderung einer starken bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produkt, Operations sowie externen Partnern Repräsentation von VIVA Cruises auf Branchenveranstaltungen, Messen und Workshops, nach Bedarf
Ihr Profil

Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre), optimaler Weise im Gruppenreise-, Tourismus- oder Kreuzfahrtbereich – Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Starke organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung Hands-on-Mentalität mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM- und Buchungssystemen Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Leidenschaft für Reisen und die Kreuzfahrtbranche

We are looking for a

Team Lead

for our Group Department in Dusseldorf as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

As Team Lead – Groups Department, you will:

Lead and develop a team of group travel professionals, providing guidance, training, and support Oversee the full lifecycle of group bookings, from initial request to completion Guide the calculation and preparation of group offers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness Manage and control group allotments to optimize occupancy and revenue Oversee the creation and timely delivery of passenger lists and relevant documentation Optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency and partner satisfaction Serve as the main point of contact for group partners Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure departmental targets are met Foster a strong culture of cross-departmental collaboration, working closely with sales, product, operations, and external partners Represent VIVA Cruises at industry events, fairs, and workshops, as needed

Your Profile

Proven experience (3+ years), ideally in group travel, tourism, or cruise industry – leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset Hands-on attitude with a structured and solution-oriented work style Proficient in MS Office, ideally experience with CRM and booking systems Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) – additional languages are a plus Passion for travel and the cruise industry
