Your responsibilities





Are you passionate about shaping innovative consulting services and leading cross-functional teams? As Team Lead Workflow Consulting & Application Support (f/m/x), you will drive the strategic and operational development of our Workflow Consulting (WFC) service across EMEA, act as central interface for digital tools and automation topics and lead a team of experts to deliver added value to our customers.



Furthermore, you will take responsibility for:


Leading and developing the Workflow Consulting team at Sysmex Europe while steering its strategic direction in close cooperation with regional and global stakeholders Driving governance across the EMEA region to ensure effective, aligned, and high-quality service delivery Innovating and expanding the WFC framework by integrating new product features, consulting approaches, and customer-centric workflows Acting as the hub between business lines, marketing, and regional WFC leads — ensuring alignment of consulting content, tools, and messaging Overseeing the development and maintenance of internal digital tools to support Workflow Consultants, Application Specialists, and Sales Ensuring excellence in requirement management, training concepts, and documentation related to WFC and digital tools. Supporting Sales & Marketing in promoting the added value of our solutions and contributing to customer-facing activities such as site visits and presentations. Collaborating closely with our Headquarter in Japan on automation topics and product/service strategy Monitoring and improving performance through KPIs, feedback loops, and continuous enhancement of concepts and governance

Your profile





You are a great match for this role if you combine a strong background in IVD laboratory workflows with strategic thinking and a passion for driving innovation in consulting services. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:



University degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, medical technology or a related field Proven leadership skills in an international, cross-functional context Profound knowledge of IVD laboratory workflows, automation and digital information flow Experience with process improvement methodologies, ideally Lean Six Sigma Strong strategic and analytical thinking, combined with hands-on implementation skills Experience in governance management across multiple countries or regions Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across different business units Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
