The International House for Kids is looking for a German-speaking educator or childcare worker (m/f/d) part-time or full-time (30-40h) for our unique after-school care center.

As an innovative and cosmopolitan institution, we accompany children from 6 months up to the transition to secondary school and offer a modern, bilingual (German/English) concept based on the Bavarian educational standards.

Your tasks:

- Supervision of a group of 23 children aged 6 - 11 years together with a team colleague
- Checking homework and answering questions
- Planning and organizing the daily educational routine
- Playful supervision and pedagogical planning of activities
- Pedagogical documentation
- Close cooperation with parents (parent meetings, feedback about the day, ...)
- Close cooperation with the team, e.g. in team meetings

What we are looking for:
- Completed training or studies as an educator, childcare worker, social pedagogue, teacher or similar
- Language skills in German level C1/C2
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Passion for educational work with children
- Skills and confidence in dealing with children and their parents
