As a tax specialist (all genders), you will support the tax team in all ongoing tax-related tasks. You will take on preparatory activities, ensure correct documentation and contribute to the implementation of tax requirements. You will work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external tax consultants and tax authorities.

Support in the preparation and review of tax returns (corporate, trade, VAT, etc.) Support in the preparation and submission of monthly or quarterly VAT returns Assistance in the preparation of tax audits and communication with tax authorities Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the tax area Maintenance and updating of tax documentation and records Monitoring of changes in tax law and support in their implementation Administrative support in the day-to-day business of the tax department Collaboration with internal departments (e.g. accounting, controlling and tax). (e.g. accounting, controlling) and external tax consultants Monitoring deadlines Checking tax assessments

Requirements

Completed studies or completed training in the field of tax or a comparable field Sound understanding of VAT Strong teamwork and communication skills Interest in complex issues in an international environment Very good knowledge of German at native speaker level and fluent English; further language skills are an advantage
