TAX MANAGER – GERMANY TAX LEAD (M/F/D) Your new challenge at Aptar: Full ownership of tax matters across six German legal entities Ensure compliance with German CIT, VAT, WHT, and Pillar II regulations Lead tax audits and support statutory audit processes Oversee tax reporting and maintain SOX tax controls Handle withholding tax and non-routine tax issues Implement new tax rules and processes across Germany Collaborate with EMEA Tax Manager on transfer pricing matters Maintain and review local TP documentation annually Support new intercompany flows and cross-border transactions Review intercompany contracts and tax-related invoices Oversee monthly VAT filings and coordinate with external advisors Develop and implement a Tax Control Framework (TCF) to mitigate risks Your profile: University degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Extensive, relevant experience in German tax compliance and advisory (Gained in Big 4, reputable consultancy, in-house, or tax authorities) Strong expertise in: German Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Value Added Tax (VAT) Withholding Tax (WHT) International tax principles Fluent in German and English Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset Your new employer: World market leader of innovative solutions for dosing systems, seals and active packaging for Pharma, Beauty and Closures 14,000 employees – 57 locations – 20 countries Your benefits: Professional development and career planning Flexible working time and 30 days holiday Employee profit-sharing We offer flexibility: this role can be carried out from home or at one of our German sites Special financial benefits such as company fitness, employee discounts, retirement provisions, canteen meals Frequent company events "We act local – and think global" BE YOU.
