We are looking for a working student to support the Inhouse Tax Compliance Team. West Park Management Services Germany GmbH provides a range of management services, including tax compliance services for Private Equity Funds advised by Triton Partners.
As a working student, you will support the in-house tax compliance department in many areas of private equity tax compliance. As part of your work, you will learn about the various tax reporting obligations of a private equity firm. You will be involved in communication with external advisors and investors and will be able to put your academic knowledge of international tax law into practice. You will have an opportunity to learn about funds structuring, holding of the investment and transfer pricing at fund level. You will mainly work with the Head of Tax Compliance on the below matters:Supporting our external consultants in preparing national (German) and international tax returns (US, Jersey) Analysis of structuring memoranda received and creating transaction database for further use (e.g. DAC 6, US tax compliance, German CFC analysis) Assistance with the yearly FATCA/CRS reporting Research activities and database maintenance Assistance with the preparation of guidelines and policies

About youInterest in international tax reporting requirements Practical experience in the field of taxation is desirable. Confident use of MS Office products, especially Excel Affinity for numbers Fluent in English and German Enjoyment in organizing and structuring work processes
