More about this role

As part of our Health, Safety & Environment team, you will support our Health Manager in planning, implementing, and communicating initiatives that promote employee health and wellbeing across the site.

Your tasks include:

•Supporting the development and execution of

local health promotion programs

(e.g. ergonomic workplace assessments, health campaigns, prevention activities), •Assisting in the organization of

health days, screenings, and wellbeing events,

•Collecting and analyzing

health-related data

(e.g. participation rates, feedback, absence statistics) and preparing reports and presentations, •Creating

communication materials

(digital and print) to raise awareness for health topics, •Supporting the implementation of

corporate wellbeing initiatives

and local adaptation of global Health & Safety standards, •Collaborating with internal partners such as HR, Occupational Health Physician, and Safety Specialists.
